Ross Dress For Less to help Boys & Girls Clubs

February 2, 2019 by CarolinaWeekly

CHARLOTTE – Ross Stores is partnering with Boys & Girls Clubs of America with a four-week donation program, “Help Local Kids Learn.”

Beginning Feb. 2, customers can make monetary contributions during checkout at Ross Dress for Less to be donated to the local Boys & Girls Club this February. There are stores in Matthews (9609 E. Independence Blvd.), Monroe (2961 W. U.S. 74), Pineville (9547 South Blvd.) and Charlotte (3201 Eastway Drive and 5335 South Blvd.).

Nearly 1,700 kids have a safe place after school at the Boys & Girls Clubs in Mecklenburg and Union Counties.

“The Boys & Girls Club exists to help students in our communty – especially those who need us most – become productive citizens,” said Marty Clary, executive director of The Salvation Army Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Charlotte. “We are thankful for Ross Stores and their commitment to helping local children realize their true potential.”
