INDIAN TRAIL – Carolina Waterfowl Rescue will move to a new home at the end of June.
The all-volunteer, non-profit group dedicated to helping injured and abandoned ducks, geese, herons and all other water birds has scheduled a series of Saturday work days June 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30, all from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. to complete the set up at the new facility in Indian Trail, move all the animals and remaining supplies to the new facility, and do a final clean up at the old facility. Trucks, vans and volunteers are needed and supervised teens are welcome. To volunteer, email email@example.com for details.
