A note for the 2012 graduating class

I would like to take this opportunity to wish the class of 2012 a very heartfelt congratulation. You have just taken the first step toward adulthood and opened the door to your future. We are all very proud of you and want you to know your potential is limitless. Anything you set your heart and mind to you can achieve. Never give up on a dream. Set your goals and go get them. The road ahead is going to have bumps and sometimes potholes; this is what we call “experience.” True success is achieved only after you have made many mistakes. Never be afraid to fail, and never say “I can’t.”

You have the power to change the world in ways you cannot see yet, but I most certainly see it in all of you. So, take a moment and pat yourselves on the back and say “I did it.” Celebrate safely and then when you are done go hug your parents and tell them how much you appreciate them for all of their support. (Parents like to hear this kind of stuff.) Your future begins now! What will you make it? Please feel free to contact me anytime if any of you need assistance.
