The Extreme Ice Center will hold weeklong camps for kids throughout the summer. Camp days will include on-ice and off-ice activities, ice skating instruction,, games, crafts, breakfast, lunch, and movie-time. Campers will play also indoor games like volleyball , dodgeball, red rover and many others. The cost is $275 for a full day camp, each week and $225 for a half day camp, each week. MAFC 2012 Summer Camp

Campers will be housed each week at Walter Bickett Education Center, then bused to the Monroe Aquatics and Fitness for swimming on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. There will be games, arts and crafts and a chance to take part in drama and musical performances. Registration is on a first come, first serve basis, for any family with an active, current Monroe Aquatics and Fitness membership. The cost is $90 per week. Performing Arts Camp

The Summer Performing Arts Camp is an acting camp featuring Disney’s “Cinderella” Kids devoted to teaching young people the art of fine acting in a joyful, creative and professional environment on the campus of Central Academy of Technology and Arts. Students will learn basic dance techniques, music instruction and drama classes under the direction of Bianca Morgan, Kimberly Morgan and Larry Robinson, educators with the Union County Public Schools. The classes run from 9 a.m to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. The cost is $350 for a two week session, with a public performance Saturday, June 23. Camp Kids Connect at the Cyzner Institute
