The Union County Community Arts Council will partner with Wingate University’s theater group to present Tarradiddle Tales in February. The production will be held Feb. 7 and 8 at the university’s Batte Fine Arts Center, 220 N. Camden Street.
In Tarradiddle Tales, actors exploring folk tales from different countries including “The Magic Tree”, “Peter the Fool”, “Spider Talk” and Tiger Trap”.
The show is designed for young children, with tickets at $5.
“This program is another way the arts council provides cultural arts opportunities for residents of Union County,” Barbara Faulk, the arts council’s executive director, said. “We begin exposing children at a very early age to the arts so that they may develop a lifetime of arts appreciation.”
