Whine, whine, whine. Why is it that each time a group becomes the minority party of a board, they turn into whining, crying children? I may not have voted for Kim Rogers or Tracey Kuehler, but I hoped the y did well, so that Union County would benefit. But now it seems like they can’t do anything but nitpick. The new commissioners appointed planning board members and so they go on the attack. Well, in two years, one candidate missed five meetings as an alternate. That’s concerning, really? Five in two years? Two of the three candidates were also former planning board members, but Rogers and Kuehler insisted they needed 30 days of training. If they were so unprepared, commissioners, why did the other planning board members appoint them chair and vice chair?
Here’s a thought. How about trying to work with the new commissioners, instead of attacking them at every turn?
