WEDDINGTON – The Union Day School Foundation will host its board, faculty and community partners 4 to 6 p.m. Aug. 25 to celebrate the opening of the new Union Day School building and campus with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The celebration will mark the significant milestone of moving into its permanent home at 3000 Tilley Morris Road for the 2018-19 school year. The school embarked on this journey almost four years ago.
CoxSchepp did the design build for the 52,000-square-foot building. It is looking forward to breaking ground in September for the middle school in partnership with Odell Architecture.
“Union Day School’s amazing team has pursued excellence in all areas of this project and is grateful beyond measure with the results of its dedicated and passionate efforts,” said Erin Kirkpatrick, chair of the Union Day School board.
